Tracking

Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. For UK orders, we use Royal Mail.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges: For unused items of equal or lesser value. Email us at info@verenashop.co.uk to arrange.

Refunds: Processed once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5-7 business days.
